Ep 10: A Storm Gathers

It's not every day that you have to deal with a wight.

Coming literally face to face with death can make an adventurer rethink their entire lives.

But this group of heroes cares far too much about the lives of innocence to turn back now.

Plus, there's probably some pretty good ale and pipeweed if they help find those lost in the High Pass. Yeah, it's definitely about the pipeweed.

The group begins to see signs that they are closing in on the caravan, but there's danger in the mountains. Goblins, orcs, wolves, a...pony?

Even as they find themselves in a place to help the lost caravan, they get themselves into the same trap as their quarry.

What waits for the group as they finally find the caravan? And what dangers are threatening to overwhelm them?

They may find no easy way out of this and a battle looms on the horizon…

So, we are officially going to switch over fully to The One Ring RPG 2nd edition. That conversion won't happen until about Ep 15 or so, but 2nd edition stuff will slowly make its way into each episode from now on.

When we do convert, we are going to change our character sheets to statistically make it work for 2nd edition. We can't wait to get to that point!

The rules for 2nd edition should make things flow a little better too. I love how the Guide works in the Travel rules for 2nd edition, and fighting will have a different kind of nuance.

And speaking of fighting, boy, are we going to get a ton soon. Or so it looks.
